Unity Platform must be installed by Jenzabar prior to the start of development.

Client will provide the following deliverables to Jenzabar at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the development work:

• Canvas URL (for both the test and live server)
• 1 Administrator account (username and password) for Jenzabar personnel (i.e. for troubleshooting purposes)
• 1 Administrator account (username and password) for the LMS Integrator’s use

• Jenzabar’s Statement of Work

Smartsheet is being used for project management.

Attendance taking in Canvas -

• Many schools don’t move the data from Canvas unless/until they need the data.
• So it could be an option to download Canvas attendance data into Jenzabar.
• Communications Plus plan - starts in September
