Workflow

  1. Join both D1 and D2 sections at 1pm (D1 section first)
  2. When D1 section is having troubles, call/text/slack Nami - Nami can join D2 section
  3. For finding student's contact info, refer it to Airtable

Students Zoom Joined:

Identify: Audio issues? Speaker issues?

  1. Do you see the chat?
  2. (When there is not speaker) Have them join via phone - Zoom mobile app

Internet Issues

We have to ask instructors/presenters to turn off video cameras

Students having trouble with joining Zoom

When students cannot join the zoom at all

  1. Find the student in Airtable (Summer Bridge)
  2. Call them
